About leGage Quick & Easy

le Gage Inc. is a small specialty company located in Westminster, Maryland.

Incorporated in 1998, leGage™ was developed from necessity. After many years of experiencing what one must endure to achieve even an average dressed window, the pattern of frustrations became well defined:

Where on this scarred, split, or worn out moulding can I find a fresh spot to place yet another couple of screws?

What can I put up here that won't damage the wall? (this was really evident when we were in a rented apartment)

After all that work, is it hanging level on the window? Oh no.....More holes!

Let's make a change, how about a little lower with those medallions? Any wall left to use?...more spackle!

Let's change the decor, or add a new color?

Aaaargh!

Over the course of a couple of years, we played around with some ideas that seemed like promising solutions to these common problems, simply as a means of minimizing our trouble. Never intending, of course, to develop a product. But what evolved had real promise... a simple design molded into a bracket that anyone could use, no expertise required. It was simple and it worked!

So now, after a couple more years of refinement.....here it is!
